Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage cybersecurity training program that engages employees, to include focusing on changing behaviours at work.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and also Trainer in applying, and evaluating security capabilities including the change management processes and have deep technical understanding of responsible portfolios.
- Perform risk assessments of information systems and infrastructure
- Engage IT project teams and stakeholders involved in developing cloud/security based application, throughout the SDLC to identify and prioritize applicable security controls and provide guidance on how to implement these controls
- Present and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to client’s senior management, business stakeholders, security team members, and IT resources
- Identify the top human risks to the organization and the behaviours that need to change to mitigate those risks. Develop and maintain a security awareness program that effectively changes these behaviours in order the stakeholders act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to the organization.
- Structure and maintain our cybersecurity training program to be long term, and create a metrics framework that can effectively measure the results.
- Work closely with our Technology Partners to identify, evaluate, and make technical recommendations regarding strategic product enhancements based on market initiatives, new technology, partnerships or customer requirements;
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned
Technical Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required
- At least 3 to 5 years experiences in IT Security industry related to IT Security consultancy, IT Security Solutions and IT Security Trainer/Instructor;
- Demonstrated understanding of risk assessment, security assessment frameworks and procedures;
- Has project management experience, the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term;
- Understanding of standard encryption and network security concepts;
- Good knowledge of networking and security infrastructure devices and applications (e.g. Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, IP Networking, etc.) is a strong advantage;
- Proven success in presenting solutions and managing training ;
- Self-motivated to follow customer questions to closure;
- Ability to drive large RFP/RFI/Government Validation response process;
- Demonstrated experience in working independently, and leading projects;
- Ability to communicate with and coordinate the activities of others;
- A desire for learning and understanding the cyber security discipline;
- Motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa

Pre-Sales & Products Engineer

Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility
- Provide technical support for all Ciedge Technologies products (application security).
- Install, Integrate and deploy the products at the customer premise.
- Work together with the Business Development and Technical Support teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction;
- Perform system support for all Ciedge Technologies products (application security products);
- Identify customer technical requirements, provide clear estimation of feasibility and risks;
- Prepare initial solution presentations and demonstrations for all Ciedge Technologies products;
- Study customer operation to understand their business direction and application requirements in order to help them define their technical needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs utilizing company products;
- Provide high-level technical support, consultation and training on company’s products and capabilities to End-Users and other departments as part of the sales cycle;
- Work closely with our Technology Partners to identify, evaluate, and make technical recommendations regarding strategic product enhancements based on market initiatives, new technology, partnerships or customer requirements;
- Arrange and coordinate product demonstrations or trial installations of products;
- Act as a security subject matter authority on projects, products and initiatives;

Technical Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required
- 3 to 5+ years experiences in providing support on data security solutions as system supports or system engineers or sales engineering or consultative role
- Has experience in developing data security solutions leveraging encryption technology
- Understanding of standard encryption and network security concepts
- Demonstrable experience in programming (Perl, PHP, *.NET, Java, etc.) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of networking and security infrastructure devices and applications (e.g. Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, IP Networking, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Good architectural knowledge of major enterprise applications (e.g. operating systems, standard business applications, web-based applications, etc.)
- Proven success in presenting solutions in high pressure environments
- Ability to understand and solve complex technical challenges
- Self-motivated to follow customer questions to closure
- Ability to drive large RFP/RFI/Government Validation response process
- Demonstrated experience in working independently, leading projects and developing solutions by working with diverse teams.
- Track record of strong strategic decision making; obtaining information, and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to long-range goal or vision.
